Due to demand from FDA the door-interlocks in a pharmaceutecal factory, PLCs was upgraded and SCADA was added to monitor all doors.
The interlocks was build with 17 Rockwell CompactLogix PLCs in redundant ring topologi network. The following functionalities was added:
- Alarm if more than one door in a room open at same time.
- Alarm if door open longer than xx Sec.
- Counting number of openings for each door.
- Showing status of each door on SCADA.
- Alarm list exportable to Excel
- System prepaired for electronic signature according to CFR21 Part 11.
